At Duke's Meats, we are committed to delivering premium-quality meat products safely and efficiently to your door.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and packed to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days of being placed. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses throughout mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
Unfortunately, delivery may not be available to certain remote locations, islands, or postcodes. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where applicable.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: Available on selected products and locations
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
Fresh Food Deliveries
All meat products are packed using appropriate insulated packaging and cooling materials to help maintain product quality during transit.
Products should be unpacked and refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible after delivery.
If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may follow any delivery instructions provided at checkout.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order value
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier network disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Transport issues beyond our control
Duke's Meats shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
We cannot accept responsibility for delayed, failed, or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Additional charges may apply if a replacement order or redelivery is required.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with our courier partners to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
