At Duke's Meats, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of meat products, our returns and refund policy differs from that of non-food retailers.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the affected product(s) and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A partial refund
- A full refund, where appropriate
Perishable Products
As our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns of meat products once they have been delivered.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
- You change your mind after delivery
- Products have been stored incorrectly
- Products have been left unattended after delivery
- The delivery address provided was incorrect
- Delivery instructions prevented successful temperature-controlled delivery
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive on the expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a delivery issue is found to be the responsibility of Duke's Meats or our courier partner, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Product Quality Concerns
We are committed to supplying only the highest-quality meat products.
If you believe a product is not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs and additional information to assess the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 3–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been prepared or dispatched.
Once an order enters production, packing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
