All products offered by Dukes Meats LTD are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, however weights, appearance, and cuts may vary slightly due to the natural nature of meat products.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders & Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse of the website.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out in line with the information provided on our Delivery & Returns page.
Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided. Customers must ensure that meat products are promptly received and stored correctly.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted where items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Food Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring meat products are handled, stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines once delivered. Dukes Meats LTD cannot be held liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dukes Meats LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from products supplied, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
