Delivery Information
We deliver orders within the UK using trusted couriers.
- Orders are carefully prepared and packed to help maintain safe temperatures during transit
- Chilled packaging is used to protect your order while in delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where possible
Once delivered, orders should be unpacked immediately and stored correctly as outlined on our Food Safety & Storage page.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for items left unattended, incorrectly stored, or left unrefrigerated after delivery.
Please ensure delivery details provided are accurate.
Returns Policy (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of meat products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery, providing:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable
This allows us to review and resolve the matter quickly.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us immediately. Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered in line with consumer rights.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of our products.
